BOAT MECHANICS - Our technicians have the "fix it right the first time" attitude in problem analysis, solving and repair. Service departments are located at our retail and marina locations. Attendance of manufacturer certification classes is encouraged and rewarded. We carry and service mainly Yamaha boats and personal watercraft, Tracker Marine/SunTracker, Bayliner and Maxum boats and Mercury Mercruiser motors.

BOAT RENTAL CLERKS - Work on the water for the summer! This customer service position works with our boat rental customers to reserve and rent a variety of boats. This position is responsible for describing available rental units and accessories, taking reservations and processing the rental agreement, and acts as store cashier for all sales transactions.

BOAT RENTAL ATTENDANTS - Work on the water for the summer! The rental attendant prepares the boats for renting. This includes cleaning and checking fuel levels and general maintenance check. With the customer prior to the rental, the attendant verifies the condition of the unit and provides a short on-board tutorial to the drivers until they're comfortable with the boat and rules of the lake. Upon return, the attendant inspects the unit, then prepares it for the next renter.

BOAT SALES ATTENDANTS - This position assists the boat sales division on the dock or at the store, which includes boat washing and miscellaneous tasks to prepare boats for showing, sale and delivery. It includes picking up parts and making deliveries as required. General duties include minor maintenance, day labor, etd. This position requires a hard worker with their own transportation and valid driver's license.

On-the-job training is provided for all positions listed. No experience is necessary. Progressive pay scale based on job responsibilities. Flexible hours between 9 am - 8 pm daily.
Saturdays and Sundays are required based on scheduling. Season-end bonus paid in September based on hours worked.
Students are welcome to apply now for after-school hours / weekends and convert to a full work schedule this Summer.
